NumberCruncher Posted March 27, 2012 Report Share Posted March 27, 2012 Because it's a -1 that can only be activated while both players have a card in their hand that leads to horrible top-decking situations. Add to that that unless your opponent is holding a staple at the time, the card you add to your hand will probably be of no use to you, and you get a nice handful of reasons not to use this card.
