Herr Kanin
Welcome to my first tutorial! Please don't give me a neg rep just because my tutorial is bad. This tutorial will teach you how to make Black And White cards with that special touch:Okay, maybe not the holo though... I used GIMP for that. 1. Open up your image in Paint.NET. 2. Get the Magic Wand tool and choose this area: 3. Then choose "Black and White" from the Adjustments tab. 4. Now it'll look messed up. Magic Wand and Black and White this area: 5. Now, better. Zoom in on the tricky areas and catch them. (Shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + G) 6.You can't reach some areas, but that's okay. Now, because the Attribute's nearly impossible, choose Effects > Distort > Twist with the following: 7. I don't like the Spell Card/Trap Card text, so if you want, change it.I used Effects > Distort > Pixelate. 8. You may add holos, invert, and whatever else. Thank you for watching!//Herr Kanin

OmegaWave
You can do this similarly on GIMP. Anyway, it's a nice try.
