This card is amazing. It forces your Opponent to lose hand advantage to do anything, it can stop a topdecked Rabbit, TGU, Wind-Up anything, Rai-Oh, Inzektor. Frankly most of the good decks can't get after this guy without getting rid of him another way. And if you have Dai-Sojo on the field, they're in for some deep sh*t. Add Defender and you basically have a lock. Add Safe Zone and your Opponent should forfeit.

...but don't use it against Dark Worlds...

Oh, also. Because of how it's worded, you can use CotH to revive it and make them discard a card to survive out of nowhere. Frankly it's just cool like that.

Discuss.

Kills infernities dead a bit doenst it?

Also wasn't there a mod who used to use this?
If it was Icy, I'm gonna laugh.

I was using this against Toot, who was playing Evols... it's great, because if he wanted to do ANYTHING, he had to get rid of all of his resources. I was even able to get rid of his Monster Reborn (albeit, by CotH Raiho when he tried to take it away from me, but still, it was so bad for him, that he had to try and take it away).

.raicebarriers was obviously the best deck. Alongside Gladiator Beast Gyzhorus.

Still not as good as Gantala, but nearly as good. And definitely not because of Triangle.

And Dai-sojo is bad. Only because Raiho is better, and you only have space for up to 3 or 4 bosses. In this case, 2-3 Gantala + 1 Raiho.
Mage and I were trying out running one of each (Dai-Sojo, this, and Gantala) since you can easily dump them in the Graveyard and revive them with Prior. Gantala is good, but to use him right, you need the right cards to summon with him.

Dai-Sojo has actually been really useful. You basically just get it on the field, and if your Opponent tries to do too much, you have a Torrential waiting to give you complete control.

Dai-sojo doesn't help against Wind-Ups, Rabbit, or Inzektors though because Raiho is strictly better this format.

I can see why it's teched though, but I'm really not a fan. Gantala usually just revives dead Tuners really like Defenders.
But just because you have Raiho doesn't do much at all. I mean, Dai-Sojo is actually really cool. Hornet can't touch him (or any Ice Barrier on the field at that time, like Raiho), there are 2 Torrential Tributes in the game, so if you have him in the Graveyard and are running as many calls as I am in that deck, you can bring him back to stop the destruction of any of your monsters, and neither can Dark Hole.

Sure Raiho is better, but that doesn't mean you can't run them both @1.

Well, I think it's just a matter of preference. Ice Barriers have far more techs than a lot of people realise.
Yeah, I've been figuring that out pretty quickly.

But we can both agree that Raiho is pretty damn good this format right? (and frankly Gantala's revival effect is just hilariously awesome)
