This card can only be Special Summoned from the Deck by Tributing "Stardust Dragon" equipped with "Metalmorph". Your Deck is then shuffled. Once per turn: Negate the activation of an opponent's Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect and destroy it. When this card leaves the field: You can Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" from your Graveyard. Fossil Dragon Pachycephalo: "Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo" + 1 Rock-Type monster This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by returning the above cards you control to the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization".) When this card is Special Summoned, you can banish all other Special Summoned monsters on the field. Neither player can Special Summon monsters.
