Card would have been so much better if it was your Standby phase, then you could at least force a Maxx C (or you go off that turn) or stop a Veiler. I guess it could stop the big plays of Inzecktors for a bit. Even in the manga it was short lived. If this gets printed before the slew of better cards, then I will be disappointed. Even then, Prohibition sucks on a Spell/Trap destruction format and with the heavy Inzektor usage, so this becomes pointless. Then, since we don't have a confirmation, this thread is also pointless.
