If you control a face-up "Girl of The Moon", you can special summon this card from your hand, This card cannot declare an attack unless you send 1 card from your Hand to the Graveyard, If you control no face-up "Girl of The Moon" on the field, switch this card to defense position, you cannot change the battle position of this card, unless with a card effect.


This card cannot declare an attack unless you send 1 card from your Hand to the Graveyard, During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.
If this Card is used for a Synchro Summon, you cannot re-use this card until the end of the duel.

This card cannot declare an attack unless you send 1 card from your Hand to the Graveyard, This card cannot attack your opponent directly. If this card attacks a monster: This card loses 200 ATK, When an Equip Card(s) is equipped to this card: Destroy the Equip Card(s).

This card cannot declare an attack unless you send 1 card from your Hand to the Graveyard, if this card attacks your opponent directly, your opponent Draws 2 cards from his/her deck


This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set, this card can be only Special Summoned by offering ''Wicked Blue of Drax'', ''Girl of the Moon"" and ''The Winged Fish" as tribute from your hand to the field, This card cannot be added to Hand, except by Drawing, This card cannot declare an attack unless you send 1 card from your Hand to the Graveyard, Once per turn, Send 1 "Blue Soldier" Monster from your hand to the Graveyard to to destroy 1 Card your opponent controls, if this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or Lower "Blue Soldier" Monster from your Deck.

When "Girl of The Moon" Would be destroyed by card effects, destroy it with this card instead: destroy all spell and trap cards on the field.

The Blue Magician: Even with those restrictions and the ATK decrease, this thing kills everything for too little. Would be nice if it were a 1-Tribute Monster perhaps (but not 2, because then it would be totally terrible).

The Moon Girl: This isn't as bad, but still OP. 1, it also sends from your opponent's hand. 2, it triggers DWs and Fabled (if you're lucky enough to discard one, but that isn't hard). Maybe if only you send (not discard; they're basically the same thing but sending doesn't activate DWs/Fableds) a card when this battles.

The Winged Fish: This is also easy to SS, and its ATK is too high (especially since it's still a 1-Tribute Monster). You could either drop its ATK to about 2400 or so, or bump its level to 8 and make you discard/send a card to SS it. Not sure.
