No TCG Exclusives that have not been brought to Japan are allowed. Also, any cards that are not yet released in Japan before today's date are also not allowed. Participants are to be expected to send their full Decklist to me before playing. The deadline for entry is still to be decided, as well as whether it will be Swiss, Single, or Double Elimination.
