It's always "post ragequit you got with card X" threads with you isnt it...

Pro logic

Is this used anywhere other than HERO builds?

No.

Which leads me to think why you'd attack a face-down with 200 Life Points against a Hero deck.

Its an important side in Heroes against Rescue Rabbit because the deck doesn't always have the necessary speed to draw into their Smashings as fast as possible, kills anything that isn't Dollka, being a 1900 DEF stops smaller beatsticks and being water makes Absolute Zero, which puts Dino Rabbit into an extremely akward position, since it forces to waste their resources to get over Ab0.

But most importantly, it can rasp the last 200 LP away that my opponent had remaining amirite
By the way, does Snowman Eater's effect activate during or after the Damage Step?

[s]If its flipped face-up by an attack, it effects will activate after the damage step, so no, if it gets attacked by 2000+ ATK, its effect will go off but Snowman Eater will not survive the battle, if you're wondering that.[/s]
No, I was just wondering if it was during the damage step because then Dolka couldn't negate it.

If I remember correctly, negation effects of Spell Speed 2 can happen on the Damage Step :o

Disregard this. Appearently, it does activate during the damage step. Dolkka can still stop its effect though.
Huh, what? But Spell Speed 2 can't activate during the Damage Step unless it affects ATK or DEF I thought.

I think this web effect is unclear on it's usage. I think that it should be clearer as to when the effect activates. It doesn't say stuff like "when this monster is selected as an attack target" or " FLIP: blah blah blah. It kinda urks me. As far as I'm concerned, I see the effect only working when I flip it face up in my Main Phase, or by a card effect.
