How to post Spoiler Tags?

Its been a while since I have been around here, and I cant remember how to do spoiler tags and put things in them. Could someone give me a quick run down on how to do it?

Thats all I seem to be able to do, and it always adds that bit at the end. Whats the code for it?

I honestly didn't know you didn't need the eual sign.

 

I guess now I do.

 

Anyway, since this has served its purpose...

You have to title your spoilers for it to work, even if you just type spoiler again as the title.
