[left]Card's / Card should be lower cased in the first sentence, and you should also specify that you could detach during your opponent's turn. You can also for the first instead right down [i]If this face-up card on the field would be destroyed, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead. [/i]Anywho, the card can make for some decent stall (not as good as Zenmaines, but it is a Level 1), but could benefit by stopping your opponent from attacking you for a few turns (two or so at most pretty much). This means you should be able to drop this in ATK with no harm whatsoever, but that means you would either use both Materials in one turn (one for saving it and one for the effect), or to just drop it in DEF and using it's main effect from there. It pretty much counters OTK's and makes your opponent think twice about attacking (attacking your more weaker monsters that is).[/left]

[left]The final effect is pretty nice for a free swarm, but with my lack of knowledge of Plant-Types I don't know what monster in particular sprung to your mind that would synergize with this card (assuming there was one). Overall, I'd say it's a pretty nice card; I can't say more then that because y'know, I don't know much about Plants [/left]

[left]Except the card is so laughably easy to play around or to bait the player to use up all of its materials. Main way doing that would be the Inzektor Dragonfly + Inzektor Hornet combo. Target Flowerine twice, still get to SS an Inzektor Centipede etc. etc. Or just attack with 2 monsters with weak ATK, twice if needed, then attack with a beater etc. etc. And really, why would you put it in DEF? Especially when the monster cannot use its second effect (the burn one) during your opponents turn?[/left]

The only monster I'd see anybody reviving with this is Evil Thorn. Most likely that would be the monster used to actually Summon this card as well.

But seriously, the card needs something to give it a purpose, other than just a random non-generic wall. I would change the card into something like this:
