Its basically Gravekeeper's Descendant, except way too specific.

Konmai completely failed at making genex,they didnt even try,and they were SUPPOSED to be the #1 synchro deck of the early 5Ds era.

Genex, at first, were basically weird Gadgets with various effects centered around Genex Controller.
R-Genex were roughly the same, except they had more Special Summoning effects, and allowed for more Swarming.
Ally Genex, are more about the whole Genex + A•O•J concept, and have varying effects based on different Attributes.

He's basically saying Genex were supposedly going to be a top tier Synchro deck, and that bombed.
