EmilyAnnCoons
This set is based off of the story that me and a friend of mine are writing called "Pokemon Black Earth". As such, it will only include cards that are based off of the characters in the story and their Pokemon. As a note, all deckmaster pictures here are drawn entirely by me, so I understand the images are horrible. Of course, I will also keep up the system I use in my PKMN set: Fake types and the new deckmaster system. Again, I ask that if you see issues with my OCG that you tell me how to fix them. Saying "OCG is wrong" doesn't help me at all and I consider it spam as it doesn't tell me anything about the card. I want information on how balanced the cards are and what I can do to make them more balanced. With that, let's get into the two cards currently available in the set (more to come).
At the beginning of the duel, search your deck for this card and Special Summon it to the outside of the field. While outside of the field, this card gains the following effect: This card is not treated as a Monster, Spell, or Trap Card. This card cannot be destroyed unless it is Normal Summoned to the field. Increase the ATK of all "Rattata", "Raticate", "Spearow", "Fearow", "Haunter", "Hypno", "Magikarp", "Gyarados", and "Articuno" cards on your side of the field by 300. You can Normal Summon this card to the field by Tributing 2 monsters on your side of the field. When Normal Summoned, this card's effect becomes: Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Kiai's" monster from your hand to the field. Increase the ATK of all "Rattata", "Raticate", "Spearow", "Fearow", "Haunter", "Hypno", "Magikarp", "Gyarados", and "Articuno" cards on your side of the field by 300. If this card is destroyed, you lose the duel. (There can only be one Deckmaster-Type card per player. There cannot be 2 Deckmaster-Type cards of the same name on the field.)

At the beginning of the duel, search your deck for this card and Special Summon it to the outside of the field. While outside of the field, this card gains the following effect: This card is not treated as a Monster, Spell, or Trap Card. This card cannot be destroyed unless it is Normal Summoned to the field. Increase the ATK of all "Eevee", "Vaporeon", "Jolteon", "Flareon", "Espeon", "Umbreon", "Leafeon", "Glaceon", "Eeveeon", "Maneon", "Steameon" and "Drakeon" cards on your side of the field by 300. You can Normal Summon this card to the field by Tributing 2 monsters on your side of the field. When Normal Summoned, this card's effect becomes: Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Emily's" monster from your hand to the field. Increase the ATK of all "Eevee", "Vaporeon", "Jolteon", "Flareon", "Espeon", "Umbreon", "Leafeon", "Glaceon", "Eeveeon", "Maneon", "Steameon" and "Drakeon" cards on your side of the field by 300. If this card is destroyed, you lose the duel. (There can only be one Deckmaster-Type card per player. There cannot be 2 Deckmaster-Type cards of the same name on the field.)

This card cannot be Summoned unless you control a "Black Earth Trainer Kiai". When this card declares an attack, cut the ATK of the defending monster in half. There can only be 1 "Pokemon - Kiai's Raticate" on the field. A.Prime
Ok... Now I'm confused! What do you mean by "outside of the field"? o_O?? If you mean just like the Yu-Gi-Oh! Series into Noa's world, well that is just a rule of the game if you like to play the game with it!! But anyway, there is no line like "outside of the field" in Yu-Gi-oh! card game..(At least I don't know it!) You general OCG is good.. some hints: all monsters as you know have types! Dragon, Spellcaster etc! When you write a type into an effect write it this way (Dragon-type, Spellcaster-type etc. NOT Dragon-Type, Spellcaster-Type etc.) For anything else about OCG you can PM me! EmilyAnnCoons
Yeah, I was going for the effect similar to Noa's world in the series. I had no idea how to state that the card was outside of the "field" but still technically on the field. It isn't a field card, it isn't a monster card (but it can be summoned to the monster section), it's not a spell/trap card, and it doesn't go in your graveyard or extra deck. It also doesn't get "removed from play" which is the only other "area" outside of the field. If you can think of a better way to state it, though, that would be very helpful. I honestly just have no idea how to say it.
A.Prime
So... yes in that case outside of the field is fine! But I think you can go with the line. This card cannot be in your Deck or Extra Deck. Put this card face-up outside of the field.
EmilyAnnCoons
That's actually a really good idea. That will definitely decrease the text on the card, at least.

EmilyAnnCoons
First off, I don't speak Spanish. Second off, you quoted me twice. Third off, I used Google Translate to find out what you said...I have no drawing skills, so I don't really care what you think about the art to the card, bashing me isn't going to help your case. Since I'm also gonna guess you don't know english, here's a google translate of what I just said: En primer lugar, yo no hablo español.
