In all seriousness, it's effect seems kinda redundant with its fairly high attack, but I guess it could be an out to some tricky to get over stuff. [/quote] He has shuriken and kunai stuck on his elbow and forearm, as well as a string of dynamite on his chest plate. I'd say [s]he must've been attacked by Iron Tager[/s] that's a very high probability. OT: he's got a pretty strong ATK for a Rank 6. Sure, the two Level 6s used to make him would've been better off as is, but... ... dammit, now I've got nothing. Effect is pretty decent, though, but that's about it.
