Pichu
Hello, everyone! This Kotomi Ichinose, or Pichu as I'm commonly known as. When I first joined this site, I made a large amount of Sonic the Hedgehog cards that made no sense. Then I stopped that nonsense after a year. Then I posted the few cards that I made off and of. Now, I know more about Yu-Gi-Oh! and I think I can make cards that make sense. So I'm starting; Kotomi's Pokemon Project! Here, I will post the Pokemon cards I make. I can tell you right now that they aren't great and might have minor mistakes. If you see any, please let me know! The more I know, the better I can get! Latest Update; Series 1 Booster Pack and Series 1 Poster added! To view the Lore of the cards, please check out the cards in the spoilers below.

http://img341.imageshack.us/img341/5300/order1z.png
Thanks to A. There are quite a few OCG mistakes, but since I have not yet mastered the new OCG with all the colons and whatnot I will not comment on that. Jigglypuff: This card seems quite powerful in relation to the real Jigglypuff and since I see Pop Culture as a way to express characters in cards that can be a problem. Why just Fairy-Type monsters? And wouldn't it be ATK points, not Life Points. Is this supposed to be a representation of Jigglypuff's Sing attack? I think switching monsters to Defense Position would be a better representation. Seeing as a monster can only be Special Summoned in Defense Position, I doubt the second effect would get much use. Demented Thoughts: Once again, do you mean players losing Life Points or Monsters losing ATK points? Losing 100 ATK points, or Life Points for that matter, is not that effective and therefor would not have a big impact on the game and would just take a Spell/Trap Card zone and deck space. The second effect I assume to mean losing 50 ATK points per turn, since once again you put Monster losing Life Points...which they don't have... Since this card can only be on the field for 5 turns it can only make monsters lose 350 ATK points(that is if you indeed did mean ATK points and not Life Points) and that really isn't worth the space this card takes up. Also, since this is obviously supposed to be a representation of Jigglypuff's abilities I really do not see the correlation. Sorry if this sounds mean, but I only want you to improve upon the cards that you have. I'll take what you've said and fix the cards EDIT: Demented Thoughts is a card shown to represent the dark side of Pokemon Battling. After a battle with a wild Pokemon, the Pokemon you've defeated is most likely to lay there and suffer. I used the Jigglypuff picture because I thought it fitted it well. EmilyAnnCoons
These cards are interesting...but kind of bland in a way...They don't really touch on what makes them Pokemon. A good idea to do is to take a Pokemon move or ability and convert it into an effect. When you do that, you make it seem more like the way the real Pokemon works. For example, Jigglypuff is best known for singing. So, make it so that it sings and puts creatures to sleep. The effect would probably revolve around turning a monster into Defense and then the monster can't be switched until its next turn (course, the Jigglypuff also can't attack that round, nor can it use sing on the same enemy the next turn)

Plus, I'm just doing this Project for fun, so I'm not working really hard on the cards. Maybe later on if this gets more popular, I'll redo some cards. Pichu
how did you show your cards i cant figure this thing out
Simply click on your card after you've finished it and an img link will appear under it. If that doesn't work, save the card to your computer and upload it to Image Shack and IS will give you a link to post here.
