Ren✧
This is a remake of a remake of my original Super Smash Bros. Brawl Set. My OCG is not going to be great, I am still trying to get the hang of all these colons and semicolons. In fact, my OCG is more than likely going to be more like the old OCG than that of current date. If you could help me with that, it would be much appreciated. Originally, this set was going to have Synchros for boss monsters, BUT seeing as how the metagame has evolved from Synchros to Xyzs, I too am trying to evolve this set to accommodate this shift in the game.
· 4/15/12 Set Started

EN000-??? EN001: SSB Brawler-Ice Climbers EN002: SSB Brawler-Meta Knight EN003: SSB Brawler-Peach EN004: SSB Brawler-Fox EN005: SSB Brawler-Samus EN006: Assist Trophy-Andross EN007: White Pikmin EN008: SSB Brawler-R.O.B. EN009: SSB Brawler-Olimar EN010: Yellow Pikmin EN011: Red Pikmin EN012: Blue Pikmin

Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1: You can halve this card's ATK points until the End Phase; this card gains an additional attack this turn. Once, while this card is face-up on the field: If this card would be destroyed it is not. If this card is sent to the Graveyard; banish it. If this card is banished by its own effect; Select 1 face-up Effect Monster your opponent controls. The selected monster's effect is negated, and it cannot attack as long as it remains face-up on your opponent's side of the field.
The first effect of this card represents the Ice Climbers’ ability to attack separately, but when they do this they are weaker, hence the ATK drop. The second effect represents the Ice Climbers’ ability to act independently of each other, in the game if the pink one dies the blue is able to keep playing by itself. The last effect is supposed to represent the Ice Climbers’ ice based attacks, the effect basically freezes the selected monster.

Once per turn: If this card destroys a Level 3 or lower monster by battle; This card gains an additional attack this turn. If this card sends 2 monsters to the Graveyard with the same Level in 1 turn: You can select 1 card in your opponent's hand; Banish it.
The first effect is a representation of Meta Knight’s Side Special Move: Drill Rush. This move makes Meta Knight spiral in a direction, crashing through multiple opponents, thus the extra attack. The last effect is a representation of Meta Knight’s Down Special Move: Dimensional Cape. This move teleports Meta Knight through space, the effect acts as if Meta Knight grabbed the card before teleporting and left it in another dimension (banished zone) before returning to his dimension.

Once per Duel, if this card would be destroyed: You can reveal 1 Level 2 monster in your hand; Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position, instead. If this card is detached from an Xyz Monster by the Xyz Monster's effect, the Xyz Monster cannot be targeted by an opponent's Spell or Trap Card until your next Standby Phase.
The first effect is a representation of Peach’s Standard Special Move: Toad. With this move Peach is able to block an attack with her companion Toad. The Level 2 monster acts as Toad. The rest of the effect is just to help insert the card into today’s metagame…although whether that was successfully done or not is still pending.

Once per turn, if this card is selected as an attack target: You can move it to an empty, adjacent Monster Card Zone: Negate the attack. During your Battle Phase, if there are no cards in the same column as this card on your opponent's side of the field, this card can attack your opponent directly.
The first effect is based on Fox’s Side Special Move: Fox Illusion. This move causes Fox to speed in the selected direction; the effect is as if Fox is dodging the declared attack. The second effect is based on Fox’s Up Special Move: Fire Fox. This move surrounds Fox in flames and makes him rush in the intended direction, thus the direct attack.

If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Final Smash-Samus" place 2 Counters on it(max.4). During each of your End Phases, if this card did not declare an attack this turn; Place 1 Counter on this card. This card gains 200 ATK points for each counter on it. When this card attacks, remove all counters from it after Damage Calculation.
Samus’ first effect is based on the fact that due to the Final Smash in the game Samus switches between Power Suit and Zero Suit. The effect that allows this card to gain counters is based on Samus’ Standard Special Move: Charge Shot. With this move Samus charges energy in her cannon to increase the power of her cannon blast.

This card inflicts Piercing Damage. If this card would be destroyed by the effect of a Trap Card, you can discard 1 card to select and destroy 1 monster your opponent controls instead.
R.O.B.’s first effect is based off of his Standard Special Move: Robo Beam, which is literally described as ‘a straight, fast, piercing beam’. You can imagine how hard it was to come up with an effect for that…The second effect is based on R.O.B.’s Side Special Move: Arm Rotor. With this move R.O.B. is able to deflect projectiles away from here. The Trap Cards act as the projectiles and when he reflects them back it destroys an opponent’s monster…pretty swanky if I do say so myself.

Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to add 1 "Pikmin" monster from your Deck to your hand. This card can be equipped with more than 1 Union Monster, as long as the equipped monster(s) are "Pikmin" monsters. If this card would be removed from the field, you can send to the Graveyard 1 "Pikmin" monster equipped to this card instead. During your opponent's End Phase, you can remove 1 "Pikmin" card from this card to place it in your opponent's Spell and Trap Card Zone.
The first effect is based on Olimar’s Standard Special Move: Pikmin Pluck. With this move Olimar is able to pull a Pikmin out of the ground, the Deck acts as the ground and…well… the Pikmin acts as the Pikmin. The second effect is needed so that Olimar is able to use the Pikmin to their full extent. I put the third effect there to make it easier for Olimar to turn into the boss he is when equipped with all the Pikmin. The final effect is based on Olimar’s Side Special Move: Pikmin Throw. With this move Olimar throws one of the Pikmin that is following him at another brawler. With the effect Olimar throws one of the equipped Pikmin and it lands in an opponent’s Spell/Trap Card Zone, making it so your opponent is limited on the amount of Spells/Traps they can use.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this card on the field, you can equip it to a face-up "SSB Brawler-Olimar" you control as an Equip Card, OR unequip it, to Special Summon this card to your side of the field in Attack Position. When this card is equipped to a monster by its effect, the equipped monster gains 400 ATK/DEF points. If the equipped monster inflicts damage to your opponent, increase the damage by 700.(If the equipped monster would be destroyed as a result of battle, you can destroy this card instead.) Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this card on the field, you can equip it to a face-up "SSB Brawler-Olimar" you control as an Equip Card, OR unequip it, to Special Summon this card to your side of the field in Attack Position. If the result of the rolled die is an odd number, the Special Summoned monster is returned to where it was Special Summoned from, and the Monster Card Zone that the monster was in is counted as occupied as long as you control this face-up card. During your third Standby Phase after this card's activation, banish this card. You can only control 1 face-up "Assist Trophy" card at a time.
Andross is one of the most useful/annoying Assist Trophies in the game. When it is activated it starts to launch blocks at brawlers, causing damage and knocking them away from each other. The blocks it shoots out are shot at random; I tried to capture this by causing the effect to activate when you roll an odd number. Since the blocks knock brawlers around I thought sending Special Summoned monsters returning to where they were summoned from was a nice way to reconstruct the idea and still capture the pure annoyance that it causes.

M30WZ1K4
Well...er...I feel as if this puts my set to shame. The effects are weird and confusing for me to read (But, I'm more used to the cards back in the old days, where everything wasn't so complicated with synchros and XYZs and crap like that), but I feel as if the effects do reflect that of the game. Except, I do think Fox's is a bit overpowering. Especially with 1500 ATK. It seems like you could just have him on your field and win the duel (as long as you don't have four other monsters on the field, and your Opponent doesn't have all five). I don't know, it's just like he takes up two Monster card spaces, and just move back and forth between them. So, maybe you can either increase his level or decrease his ATK. That's my biggest issue with the cards. Oh! And word of advice; you should probably post the Brawlers sparingly so that why you're not left with the boring part (Items, Assists, and whatnot).
I have tried making this set before and I enjoy making all kinds of cards, items, assists, and the rest...but as you said spacing them out will keep others interested. Fox is OP'ed for a level 3, so I will raise him to a level 4 but seeing as your opponent really only needs 2 monsters with 1500 ATK or more to destroy him I don't think I will lower his ATK. Sorry if the effects are confusing, OCG has been changing so much I often find myself switching between new and old. Thanks for the comment! M30WZ1K4
Okay, so I'm not the only one stuck on the whole Final Smash thing. Anyways, they're decent cards. I like them, at least.

Answer: After making the card, click on the card and a code should appear below. Copy and Paste the code into the thread you are creating/editing and then once you submit your post your card should appear on the thread. I think the Card Maker might be broken as of late, but not 100% positive on that.
