If you're using OOParts, I don't see why you would't have this, and by extension, Number 33.

That card is gimmicky, situational, and horrible.

Nope. OOPArts need to generate fast advantage to get their combos off, which involve special summoning.
[/quote]They don't really. They're combo oriented, they don't fly all over the place like Fabled, which are at least a bit comparable. They have 2 basic moves:
1. Normal Summon Golden Shuttle, Special Summon Moai.
2. Special Summon Crystal Bone, Special Summon Crystal Skull.

Duality and Technology are great because they can get the cards you need into your hand. It's the same reason Duality is ran in almost every deck that can.

Well, I guess you play them differently than me then. I usually do something like TGU > Alien > Moai > Birdman > Moai > Scrap Drag.
I just feel like they don't have stuff they can "fall back on" turn one or two that doesn't SS so you can get off duality. And when I was testing them early on, I felt like technology's mill was usually disadvantageous, and most often you're going to special summon a non-OOPArts monster during your turn (Because y'know, tiras/zenmaioh/volca > machu mach and zenmaines/leviathan/leviair > alien). But eh, to each his own, I guess.
