Magical Hats lets you choose 2 cards from your Deck to use as "decoy" and make your opponent possibly miss their attack. However, it's also a good way of getting cards you need into your hand by using Penguin Soldier, who sends 2 cards on the field to the owner's hand, and Desert Sunlight to flip the Penguin on your turn instead of having to wait and possibly be hit with Nobleman. So, Magical Hats to get the cards on your field, Penguin Soldier to return them to your hand, Desert Sunlight so you won't have to wait and risk losing Penguin.
