I recently finished rewatching GX, where this was a plot point. We had a thread on instant win conditions, which this card possesses. It later occurred to me that this card is a true "alternate" victory method like Venominaga, though slightly more broken considering said condition involves Exodia. So I got to thinking: how can this card be used outside of its victory condition? I remember hearing about someone teching this in Wind-Ups to recycle the components for the loop. Then it hit me like a pile of bricks. Madolce. Putting aside the problem they have with drawing, Puddingcess will often have her attack gain disrupted by Eatos and Xyzs in the graveyard. This not only clears the grave for her, Exodius banishes itself when it leaves the field, further keeping your graveyard clean. So discuss this card as a Madolce tech and also in general I guess. [/quote] Honestly, that thought never occurred to me. Gustaph would actually be pretty good in their extra...I need to update my build. Best part is that attacking with one Exodius fuels the second's summon, provided you don't mind ramming a defense monster (or swinging for 0 direct). Agro Posted April 25, 2012 Report Share Posted April 25, 2012 Honestly, I don't think that it's worth running in Madolce. You have Chateau, which is searchable, and does the same thing and more. Plus this thing's only point is using that. You can't have it battle, or it'll just send a card to the Graveyard. The only thing I'd really see out of this card is going to Rank 10 with two of them.
