Nightm@re-X
Why do I think this won't get any comments? Well...Probably because you all know it. And many of you use it in Light decks. Oh and how you DARK users love to have one...I guess?? That card has always been bothering me but at the same time, love it when I use it. But I guess I won't use him in Light decks anymore....Because here comes his dark side.....
During your Main Phase, you can return this card from the field to its owner's hand. During either player's Damage Step, when a face-up DARK monster you control battles, you can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard to reduce the ATK of the monster your opponent controls that is battling to 0, until the End Phase.
The only thing different is instead of adding, just put em to ZERO. And also...He's Dark... If you want to comment, go ahead my friends. Partangle the Candle Jangler
The OCG is wrong, but I can't really fix it since my computer is glitching, or maybe it's just YCM. The name isn't that creative () but the effect is IMO pretty balanced. Since Honest guarantees you'll do the attacking monster's ATK in damage, whereas this...does the same thing. All you did was reword Honest's effect basicallly. I didn't realise that on first reading the effect, but I do now. So yeah. This is basically Honest. Oh, off topic but I have to ask, how do you get that font in MSE? I NEED to know...

But yeah, he is the darkside of Honest. Instead of Light monsters, its Dark monsters now. Off topic: The font is Matrixregularsmallcaps Google it then download it. Then after that Go to C-DRIVE -----> WINDOWS folder ----> Drag the fonts into the fonts folder and it will automatically install. And voila, you're done. If MSE is opened, re-open it. L0SS
I like the name, as it makes perfect sense. As a counterpart to Honest, it's perfect. But as it's so similar, their isn't much to criticism or build on. A nice addition to the Meta, no doubt.
Sander
But seriously, if Honest isn't balanced, why would you assume that this is? Of course you wouldn't use it with low ATK monsters, since then the damage your opponent would take is pretty damn small, but I mean it's not like you can attack with some DARK monster that happens to have 1000+ ATK or anything... tl;dr: Card isn't balanced. Not to mention that it has 1900 ATK, which serves as a beatstick purpose in itself.
