Here are 5 cards based around Dinosaurs:
Effect: Activate this card during your Opponent's Battle Phase when your Opponent controls a monster Level 7 or higher. Special Summon one Dinosaur-type monster Level 7 or higher from your Hand. The turn this card is activated, any Level 7 or higher monster your Opponent controls must Attack the Summoned Monster.

Effect: This card can Attack your Opponent directly. Your Opponent's monsters cannot Attack this card if you control any other Dinosaur-type monsters.

Effect:You may Special Summon this card from your Hand if you are unable to Normal Summon or Set Monsters. As long as this card remains Face-Up, your Opponent cannot Attack any Level 2 or lower Monsters you control.

Effect: Whenever this card Attacks and Destroys your Opponent's monster, it loses 100 Attack.

Effect: You can Special Summon this card from your Hand, if you control each of the following: "Triassic Terrors" "Jurassic Giant" and "Cretaceous Crasher." This card gains effects when you tribute the following following:
-Triassic Terrors: This card can Attack your Opponent directly with half its Attack.
-Jurassic Giant: Negate all card effects that inflict direct damage to your Life Points.
-Cretaceous Crasher: This card can inflict piercing damage.

Effect: Activate only during the Main Phase or when an Opponent's monster declares a direct Attack on you. After activation, Special Summon this card: it is treated as a Normal Monster (Dinosaur-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 1900/ DEF 1600). (This card is still treated as a Trap Card).
EDIT: I see some issues with cards like Cretaceous Crasher that are OP by having 2000 atk, even if it decreases. Also, not that I'm too into OCG OCDness, but I see that Jurassic Giant doens't make too much sence, unable to normal summon or set, what does this mean, that your opponent has a card that makes you unable to do that, or what you have already done that?

I would like them, but I see some balance issues with ATK and summon
Yeah, why bother actually pointing out what these balance issues are when you could just leave the person hanging.

Hint hint. <_<

OT: But seriously, do not listen to the person I just quoted as he clearly has no idea what he's talking about. There are no "balance issues" here, the cards are balanced. Yes, even the 2k Dinosaur, Zaziuma.

I was thinking about changing Mesozoic Master's summoning condition so that it can only be special summoned when you control the three others. It its attack seems a bit high for a monster that can be summoned in so many ways otherwise, and I don't want to lower its attack (it was the sum of the attacks of the other three).

Should I make Cretaceous Crasher have a bigger attack decrease and/or unable to attack the opponent directly (like Zombyra the Dark)? That might balance it out more. As for Jurassic Giant, the effect basically means any circumstance where you can't Normal Summon or Set monsters during the turn. It could be due to an effect (like Mask of Restrict) or simply because you have no Lv 4 or lower monster, or because you don't have monsters on the field to tribute for the Lv 5 or higher monsters in your hand.

Here are some more cards:

Triassic Terro + Jurassic Giant + Cretaceous Crasher

Effect: This card can only be Fusion Summoned using the above monsters. As long as you control this card your opponent cannot attack any other Dinosaur-type monsters you control. This card can attack while its is in Defense mode (damage calculation is not applied when this effect is used).

Chimerax is waaay too overpowered. Even if it doens't deal damage, it's still 4500, not something every card can survive. It's attack is also way too ridiculous, especially since you use 3 monsters, that arn't hard to get at all. Black Ankylo is also overpowered, making it so you can't defeat it as long as it's in defence position. Make it so it either can't use this effect if you have/don't have an other Dinosour card, or make it so that effect can only be used once per turn or something alike.
