Lightsworns, like most other Decks, want cards to be in the Grave, and they're meant to OTK as swiftly as possible. In other words, if you're worried about Decking out, you're doing it wrong. ... however, it does seem like a nice side against Empty Jar Decks. Unless they make monsters who have broken effects if they are the only ones on the field without a grave or a hand than maybe you could have some cool macro-esque deck, but thats just being completely not necessary.
