Kyng's Old Account
Hello there, and welcome to YCM's Realistic Cards Section for Custom Cards. I can evidently see you're having difficulties with uploading the card's image, so here's a little helpful tip which can sort out the problem; be sure to follow it step by step! 1 - After you've finished creating your card, save it as an image to your Computer. 2 - Then, use either TinyPic, imgur, or another image hosting site to upload your images onto the internet (I advise using imgur, as you can upload multiple images at once, and the links are permanent whereas with TinyPic they, over time, break.) 3 - Use the ([img]) tags as you have done with this card, and it should all work! Feel free to ask anyone for advice on the matter.
I looked at your card, and it's at my normal expectation for Newbies (note, not Noob) to be at, so don't worry about a thing! Card Making is a trial and error process, with a side order of research, to do well; for a first card I wouldn't say you've done well, but you've done something very worth celebrating: you haven't OPed (Over-powered) your card! Unfortunately it's actually relatively UPed (Under-powered), because firstly the Summoning Condition is quite high for it. Its invulnerability is slightly broken (unfair advantage) because its range of protection is relatively wide, however it is restricted to targeting so that could justify the summoning cost to a degree. Despite this, the second effect of discarding 2 monsters for 1000 Life Points is relatively an unfavorable move to make, as many Duelists will tell you the only Life Point that really matters is the last one.
You need to have a look around Yu-Gi-Oh! websites which will inform you of the current meta-game so that you will know what cards will be considered "good", and there's no better option than putting it to practice. I recommend playing the game on places like Dueling Network, that way you'll learn the meta-game quickly. Your OCG (Official Card Grammer) isn't up to date, but it's understandable, so that's not much to worry about. Overall, well done!
