[MTG set] Axon Revolution

[center][font=verdana,geneva,sans-serif]Axon is a plane in the multiverse which appears to be similar to Earth in a cyberpunk future, but here magic exists. The plane is mostly dominated by humans and elfs. [/font][/center]

[center][font=verdana,geneva,sans-serif]Humans are divided in 2 groups, Technocrats who wants to eliminate magic from the plane and Wizards who wants to be free from the dictatorial anti-magic laws in the cities. The elves live in isolation of human communities in underground caves and forests. There are also other races on Axon like Vampires, Werewolfs, Goblins and Merfolk, but they're really outnumbered but the humans and elfs.[/font][/center]

[center][font=verdana,geneva,sans-serif]After years and years of friction, the murder of one of the great figures of political technocrats, Kazos World III, started a civil war between technocrats and magicians. Meanwhile the elves began to recruit other races (Vampires, werewolfs, etc..) To create a revolutionary guerrillas against humans.[/font][/center]

For the flavor, introduce it more like a story of the history's plane. Earth doesn't exist in the multiverse, so you cannot compare it to that. Even then, I wouldn't suggest comparing, you should let Axon create the story itself, how you imagine it. And leave the story open-ended so that you can work on other sets for the block, even if you don't plan to. Just makes it more interesting ^^
Tech is a type of card right? So you could make a tech enchantment and whatnot? I like that idea, how it relies of colored mana, but isn't the color itself.
Anti-Magi seems to be more of a uncommon because you get a 4/2 with only 3 mana, and with 2 mana you can destroy almost any creature besides tech. It fits in well, flavor wise, with the story though. A nice soldier.
Uniformization should be a rare, it does what Hurkyl's Recall does for land and you can stop your opponent from doing anything for a turn, which then it doesn't untap until there next turn and you have a better advantage to win.
Manathirst would be so much fun with "flash", I am not going to lie here. Save it for later, but that would surely a fun combo.
For the Madness, are there going to be cards that help you discard in the set?

I really wanted to work more on the story but the real issue here is that English isn't my first language, so I'm kinda limited. Also, Innistrad was a plane based on Earth too, I'm just following that idea.

Tech is a supertype like Snow permanents. So it has their own support and hate and most of them are going to be colorless. I really liked Ghost Fire from Future Sight and I wished that Wizard made more "colorless spells" like that :T

I see. Maybe I'm gonna nerf it to 3/2 or 3/1 instead of bump rarity.

In MTG Assasins are generally:
Weak but they cover that aspect by killing stuff with effects, generally they are 1/1
Rare
Assasins subtype-wise

Uniformation is broken, like an uncounterable Silence which can be abused in horrible ways...up it to Rare or Mythic if you don't want to drop the Split Second Clause

Idoma could be an Uncommon because it is balanced and actually would be helpful in limited...(As long as you put the right amounts of power on each of your tech cards according to the rarity)

At last, tech don't need the "We are colorless clause" anymore as Wizard created color identifiers for that

The Wizard Lord is kinda wierd flavorwise, for once...Wizards are primarily a Blue tribe...and Intimidate doesn't really ring a bell from an ability they would share or be granted...sure he is a MASTER OF INSANITY but Wizards and Insanity doesn't get all that well right?...(Maybe yes but at this point it looks iffy)

Well, I got a reason for this. Most of the Wizards on this plane got insane or enraged because of all the oppression that the Technocrats putted on them. It's kinda hard to compare the Wizards from Axon with Wizards from other planes because in this scenario they're being treated as outlaws by Technocrats government. (Sorry if there is any grammar error.)

Technocrats -> Cold and heartless
Wizards -> Seeking for revenge
Elfs -> Sane people on a insane world, get mocked but humans.
Vampires, Werewolfs, etc -> ????

EDIT: New cards on first post, now with more elfs and bad flavour texts.

That's a very Old Card and the Color Identifiers where created in Innistrad...

Like in the Transformed Side of the DFCs

Example:

The Black Dot in the creature bar indicates that card is Black even when it doesn't have proper mana cost...
