L0SS
I've been interested in cards that skip phases in order to activate effects. This kind of cost allows for some pretty strong effects, as skipping a phase seems like quite a balance for the effects I'm trying out. I'll probably update this page with more cards as they are created. Exa Raiun
An interesting idea, I have to admit - giving yourself a disadvantage in order to get an advantage. On the other hand, I wonder if the balancing penalty can be skipped in one way or another. For example, what happens if I activate Reckless Greed, and then the effect of this card? Would it be treated in the same way as using multiple Reckless Greeds in the same turn? I am also curious about what other ideas you have with this skip phases base concept. You are off to a good start!

I'm not sure atm.
Blake
... What. The. Hell. It's a walking, less restrictive mind control in exchange for a Draw Phase. -1 to gain a +1 that then makes a +0 Xyz/Synchro, leaving the effect to simply read "Destroy 1 monster your opponent control then place Xyz or Synchro on the field with this card as the material."Limiting it's use with those doesn't balance it because you can steal a beatstixk and Konami might release another new mechanic. You need to severly weaken what the stolen monster can do, and even then, just a matter Of time to be broken =/ And making skipped phases stack, instead of 3 Reckless = 2 Skipped Draw Phases is stupid, unnecessary, and goes against the general idea.
