I think 41 is fine here, especially with the plusses and consistency. I don't see much of a point in not keeping REDMD maxed out, especially for the OTK and stuff. Plus, running 4 Normal Monsters in the build just seems kind of silly.

When Aggro helped me build Hieratics, he said that you put in Luster Dragon #2 so that you don't lose to Chain Disappearance. If your one vanilla is Chain'd, that pretty much stops the combo altogether, so you run additional vanillas so that doesn't happen to you.

The fact that I tech Gebeb makes me want to run 2 just so Gebeb has an additional target, but I'm not really worried about Chain Disappearance. If anything, I'll side a Luster Dragon #2 and swap the two during the second game just in case.

The Deck tests really well though.
