Xi-3
Maybe: "When "Dom" or "Cole" is on the Field, this card gains 400 ATK and DEF for each. Each time this card's ATK or DEF increases, treat this card as being a Level higher." Or: "If you control "Dom" or "Cole," this card gains 400 ATK and DEF for each. When this card gains ATK or DEF treat it as being 1 Level higher."
Thunderfudge
"This card gains 400 ATK and DEF for each 'Dom' or 'Cole' face-up on the field. If this card gains ATK or DEF: increase this card's Level by 1." I'm no expert, but that seems about right. I copied the first half from Tragoedia and D.3.S. Frog, then made up the second half. Edit: Would your effect specifically apply to the 'Battlefield' (i.e. Monster Zone)? If Dom or Cole somehow end up in the S/T Zone, does Marcus still get his effect? Also if his ATK and DEF were to increase simultaneously (as a part of his first effect, for example), does he gain 1 Level, or 2 Levels?
Xi-3
'Field' seems to apply to the entire field, no matter what kind of card slot it is. If it's in play and it's not in your hand or Graveyard, it's the Field. 'When this card gains ATK or DEF' implies the effect gets triggered each time the increase happens (although not when he loses stats). The 'or' implies it's one or the other, not both. I suppose you could make it both if you wanted to have a massive stacking effect. It wouldn't be so balanced anymore, though.
Sir Leon
Thank you all so much! *face-up on the monster card zone For his effect, he can only gain 1 level. Would that be alright?
Thunderfudge
*face-up on the monster card zone
Ahh... Not so sure on this one. I'm not exactly sure how to specifiy the monster zone, maybe as follows: "This card gains 400 ATK and DEF for each 'Dom' or 'Cole' face-up in Attack or Defence Position on the field. If this card gains ATK or DEF: increase this card's Level by 1." It does look a little dodgy but not so much as sticking 'Monster Zone' in there like I originally tried. Hopefully it'll do. As it is currently it doesn't matter whether the 'Dom' or 'Cole' are on your side of the field or the opponents. Just want to make sure that was your intention and not something I picked up along the way.
For his effect, he can only gain 1 level. Would that be alright?
Yup, he currently does gain just one level for every time he gets a boost. Which is good, because otherwise...
It wouldn't be so balanced anymore
