Makes for some neat stuff with low Level attackers, since it's a plus in either case (read as in [b]not[/b] card advantage, but overall).
2400/possible 4800 beater out of anything isn't much to scoff at either.

I always consider it when building a deck. I have a Super playset. I only used it at 3 in my first Reptilianne Deck. Once, Naga survived a Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon attack and next turn responded for game with this.
Good thing is that it changes the ORIGINAL ATK; not the ATK itself. That way, you can double (or halve) this card's effect with Megamorph. And monsters with boosts keep their boosts, like THE TYRANT NEPTUNE.

I just wish Chimeratech Overdragon gained ATK instead of changing ATK... You could save 3 monsters.
