Maybe something like: "If your opponent has declared an attack or activated a monster's effect destroy that monster. Return this card to your Deck and shuffle it." Xi-3 Posted June 6, 2012 Report Share Posted June 6, 2012 I disagree, as a Death Note only affects one person at a time unless you have a whole bunch of names written down. It also does not take effect immediately unless you have a specific time and method written into it. Not only that, it depends on knowing the target's true name, so it shouldn't work on monsters that have generic names, like "Skilled Dark Magician," only true names like, like "Gearfried the Iron Knight." Maybe it should even take a turn to write a name into it. He could use a Counter system to do that. Something like: "Add 1 Counter to this card on each of your Standby Phases after it is activated. Remove 1 Counter from this card to send 1 Monster Card from the Field to the Graveyard. Only monsters with personal names as part of their names are affected by this card. If this card is destroyed without being negated remove all Counters from it and destroy a corresponding number of named monsters.
