As it is, it might push them to tier 3 because of the easy Rank 4, 6, or even 8, but that's about it. Well, ok, I suppose there's one half-decent combo in here: Dump Mali with D-Draw, use this to bring out Dasher, banish Mali to SS the other one, overlay in Bounzer/Exa-Stag or whatever. Disc Commander would be the most used target if it was not banned; both because it's an useful card and because you can fulfill the conditions for this card with basically any other D-HERO in your grave.
