Because Utopia needs more support

Recommended Posts

It's OK; cheating it into play with Hex Light will cost you cards in the long run, but the 4 cards you get back after this card dies might make it worth running. This would be useful in slower Decks that have time to make or revive 2 Utopias and grab Polymerization, but if this card gets banished you don't get anything back. So it goes.

it's still a waste, especially if it gets Solemn'd because you -2'd yourself to lose your Utopias permanently unless the card works like Scrap Dragon, in that case it'd still be a -1 for Poly, basically i would rather keep the 2 Utopias to block 4 attacks than pay 500 LP each time to block only 3 attacks even though LP don't matter nowadays, In fact i would even consider Utopia Ray for an Extra Deck space than this.

also post the effect below the card, it's common courtesy and not everyone can read small text

Solemn Warning/Judgment wouldn't negate the Summon of the monster; it would negate Polymerization, so the Utopias would stay on the field. Now if the revival effect got Solemn'd, it would be like when The Shining gets Debunk'd--worse because you can't Miracle Fuse this monster and each Utopia took 2 monsters to make, and better because you still get a Spell and Trap Card.
