i suggest putting in Unknown Synchron because A. it's a Tuning target, and B. it's a level 1 tuner which you need to summon Formula which ultimately can get out Quasar because as is the only way you can get Quasar out is 2 limited spells in the deck (Mind Control and Monster Reborn). i dunno what to take out though

I tested it against banish.dek and it worked great. Didn't go Quasar just because I used Allure thinking QuickDraw was dark, and had to discard 7 cards. Still, summoned Nitro, Drill, Catastor and Stardust, so success it was
