Let's see if you guys can see why.
Dementuo
Runs over Gates and Necrovalley, and they can't play over it immediately without losing whatever monsters get banished from it. Meanwhile, you can just play another one over it and remove whatever monster it was that got banished. Really, it's a very annoying card that slows the game down drastically. First turn Dragonfly does nothing to this, nor does First-Turn Rabbit/Lyla/Wind-Up Magician/Trans Archfiend.
~British Soul~
you wanna draw from Cardcar? nope, instead it'll be banished and it'll come back useless on their next turn/Standby
evilfusion
It's a disruptive card because a lot of the most powerful Decks (Rabbit, Wind-Up, Inzektors) explode if they manage to Normal Summon, and stopping the effects of the monster Summoned by banishing the card for a turn can greatly slow a Deck down. Unfortunately, other Decks can just dip around that. Hieratics, for example, can still just SS a Tefnuit and Tribute that to Special Summon something and go crazy, although they're not opposed to the occasional Normal Summon now and then. Dark Worlds can usually Special Summon something after discarding it, and then revive their Grapha, although this could slow them down a Turn. But Trigger Effects still go off when they're Summoned, so while Tour Guide wont become the instant Rank 3 it normally is, it can still safely search Sangan.
