Just Crouton
I was looking for a way to make old Fusions that don't have effects like Fusionist or Empress Judge playable. D.D. Visionary If this card is Normal Summoned: Switch it to Defense Position. Once per turn: You can send 1 Monster Card from your hand to the Graveyard; Fusion Summon 1 Level 6 or lower non-Effect Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck. If this card leaves the field: Banish all monsters Special Summoned by this effect.
GenericCola
So... it's a worse instant fusion/summoner monk? Why? Also, your lore is written incorrectly. It should read: "When this card is Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned, it is changed to Defense Position. Once per turn, you can discard 1 Monster Card to special summon 1 Level 6 or lower non-Effect Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, ignoring its summoning conditions. (This summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.) When this card is removed from the field, Banish all monsters summoned by this effect." Honestly, I'm not sure if this is broken or garbage. It's borderline broken, because it opens up so many xyz/synchro/tribute/attack opportunities (since this card's effects don't prohibit any of these actions), and the card is able to have reasonably high attack and is not prohibited from attacking. Remember Cyber-stein? Yeah... even that found a way to be broken. But on the other hand, it can only look in your extra deck, which limits you to 15 cards. It can only take lv 6 or lower, which probably cuts out more than half the cards in your standard extra deck (as most fusions/synchros will be higher and xyz have no level). It can only target a fusion, which makes this useless in most decks. it has to be non-effect (instead of simply negating the effect, for some reason) which makes this REALLY useless unless you're counting specifically on using this in a combo. I would rather use an Instant Fusion. The only decks I can see really making use of this are windups and inzektors. In windups, there's no way I'd discard a monster to get this effect. I'll stick with what I've got already, thanks. In inzektors, this is still not a good bet, as it uses up your normal summon for the turn and inzektors really don't need any help getting more monsters to the field to xyz. Furthermore, space in the extra deck is tight, and I don't see people squeezing in a bunch of vanilla fusions just to summon them with this and beat away. On the broken side, you can discard something minuscule to summon something enormous, all the while this guy is in def. mode to protect him. Furthermore, the cards themselves aren't banished when they leave, they're only banished if this card is destroyed first, and there's no limit on how long they can sit on the field before you either tribute them off or make them into something else. This card also has no reason for being called "D.D." as it doesn't support their archetype or their goals in any way. Why would a D.D. deck be trying to get fusions out? As I said, I really don't know which way to feel about it. It's half horribly broken, and half worthless. Taking a card that's inherently busted and putting equally awful drawbacks on it doesn't make a balanced card, it makes an eclectic card. Better luck next time.
I suppose because it can grab Level 6 or lower Fusion Monsters...oh wait, non-Effect? Damn, this is bad.
-Veronika
I could see this having an OTK... Simply because Ptolemys is a card.
Magical Scientist was banned because you could OTK with it, and Cyber Stein just because it's Cyber Stein. This thing however, isn't even ban worthy, and the other cards you listen do not equal "gg" with this. :I
