It would be random no matter how many people submitted, as long as it's over 2. As for the second point, I had considered that, but we can always wait on those other people, and if they don't get their decks turned in we would give that person a "by", as in they pass the first round automatically. How about Penguin sets a deadline (like he should have done at the beginning) for Deck building, and we start whether everyone is done or not. I do agree it's about time we start the tourney, since we've been in the Deck making stage for weeks now, and I can't be the only person who's starting to lose interest. We should aim to start the tourney within a week and not try to cause mass confusion and chaos by trying to balance people Dueling and people still building their Deck, which is just confusing and inefficient.
