Maybe it should be written like this:
[b]Pay 1000 Life Points to activate this card's effect. Banish as many "HERO" monsters as possible from your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Xyz monster (from your Extra Deck) whose Rank is equal to the number of banished monsters by this effect. The Special summoned monster cannot attack during the turn it is Special Summoned[/b]
