My wording is still shite but the effect goes like this:

Detach 1 Material -> One of this card's Xyz material is Tour Guide From the Underworld -> Add another Tour Guide -> [s]Spam moar level 3 Xyzs.[/s]

As you can see, I made this to support Tour Guide from The Underworld by giving you a near constant stream of Tour Guides in your hand. Oh, it can also be used for other useful Xyz materials. And the artwork is nice as hell.
So rate, fix if overpowered and CnC gets a rep.

It isn't worth it if you don't have dedication.

Plus, double normal summoning is quite gimmicky, if you ask me.

Worthwhile targets, though? Broww, Huntsman of Dark World is actually a far better target than Tour Guide, as it allows you to get off Gates while getting another draw.

Overall, an alright card; using Orin, one of my more favorite Touhou characters, in that artwork makes me like it slightly more.

Also, this might perform well in Wind-Ups, but I'm not completely sure on that one.
