Any thoughts on the new magician?

Also known as gagaga magician. I mean hes great For summoning Xyzs But the other part of the effect makes me think theyre trying to do away with the synchros.

ALOT of the new XYZ support cards could b esily geared toward syncroswithout the below card text

konami knows us meta players if that wasnt in the card text then we would use them to syncro summon instead of XYZ
if we used it to syncro instead of XYZ konami makes no money and they are without a paddle

IT: Great card if you know where to run it, I actually have a Gagaga.dek and this runs with delight. Also, Galaxy Queen's Light makes for great Gimmick Puppet.

Yes let's just allow a card that can be anywhere from lvl 1 to 8 be used for a Synchro summon where it makes any tuner into a Synchro of your choice.

That's only halfway true. Xyzs may be less powerful than synchros in attack power and have a effect limit. However, that doesn't mean they are inferior to syncros. Many of them have effect's that can screw up synchros badly(most of them is still in Japan). Plus there not as hard to summon. But there still have a long waty to go to dominate synchros.

I'm glad that GaGaGa Magician can't be used as synchros materials. If it was allowed, synchros will officially be the dominate type of monster(unless it is banned).

They wouldn't dominate, but it would still be much better. Right now only several decks can go with Synchros.

[/quote]Dino Rabbit is a deck. Wind-Ups are still a deck. Inzektors Xyz sometimes. So i dont know wat dafuq ur talking about.

The only stuff that can synchro now, off the top of my head, are: Lavals, JunkDoppel(if that still even exists), Six Spams, and uh....umm....uhhh....

Synchros died with Spore, Glow-Up Bulb, and Trish.

Oh the fun I could have with this card...
But really, even if Gagaga Magician [i]could[/i] be used as a Synchro Material, it would still be better as an Xyz Material.
