I haven't made a card in a while and fancied doing so, so sorry for any rough areas which generally are simplistic errors.

Lore: When this card is Tribute Summoned by Tributing 2 monsters: Activate 1 of these effects.
● Destroy all monsters who dealt Damage last Turn
● Destroy any active Spell and Trap Cards on the field.
During the End Phase of the turn this card is Tribute Summoned you can target 1 card and banish both it and this card.

The first effect is interesting, though it faces a dilemma - to destroy many monsters, you probably would have an empty field and they'd have a few monsters that attacked you directly, which means you'd need to SS 2 monsters and then Tribute Summon this card (which probably isn't worth it)

2nd Effect: change active -> face-up. For that effect I say meh, that's situational at best.

Last effect also isn't useful, you just tribute summoned using 2 tributes and you want to get rid of it?

Right now the monarchs outclass it, but it could be improved.

Thank you, I understand what you mean; the last effect was mainly for balancing reasons, just trying to get away from it just being a instant come on then destruction but thank you.

As for the card itself, yes I made this to be situational, probably not the best of ideas but could be useful during certain problems.

It's a nice card but situational. The card is fine, i'm more worried about the picture. I remember i saw that on Devianart and was gonna make a Set, but then saw that she doesn't want anyone to use her pics (it was bolded in red but i forgot where i saw it, it was a while ago xP). Anyways, i could be wrong her name on deviantart.com is RoksanaTH. If you already asked her then pffft, ignore me.

No I did not see that, I might be going blind; I'll ask and say I'll give credit if not I'll take it down.

The card is decent. I think it could see some play in Frognarchs if the person playing that deck did not have a Dark Dust Spirit handy etc. etc. But overall, the card is outclassed by Dark Dust Spirit for the first effect, and active Spell / Trap Cards aren't that much of a threat nowadays, and really, the last effect is unneeded.

Fair enough, and thanks for the insight I was confused whether or not to give this some sort neg, considering it's destruction capabilities but meh.
