Once per turn, you an detach 1 Xyz material from this card. Return 1 card on the field to the bottom of it's owner's deck. If this card is attacked, you can discard 1 card to negate the attack and reduce the ATK of the attacking monster by 1500.

Weak? Of course it's weak. It doesn't have too many uses other than an attack negater or just something to troll your opponent by returning something to the bottom of the deck. Maybe UP'd, unlike my other cards, but I'm not sure. So rate, fix if broken and CnC is always welcome.

okay so it was fine with the detaching effect and then you decided to make it some eternal weakening wall which in my opinion almost makes it unbalanced. If it wasn't for the abundance of monster solvers (Chaos sorecerer, BLS, JD, Celestia, Grapha...etc) I would say this card was broken but that is just my opinion. I do think it is slightly unbalanced though.

Ok, I fixed the ATK reducing effect so it won't kill anything. It will still be a wall for most cards though.

Fixed up the OCG.

It's actually a very well made card that's quite balanced. It gives Decks like Frogs and Ojamas another option, and a strong one at that. The built-in Phoenix Wing Wind Blast is a very versatile effect that packs quite a punch.

On top of that, being able to stop the majority of the attacks at the cost of just a card from your hand is a nice addition to the effect that doesn't make it broken, either.
