For example, if the opponent uses Dark Hole, then i tribute this card on the next turn, both player's monsters will be revived on each Field. Hmmm....i think Mirror Force is still scarier than this, and maybe this card can make a good counter against Mirror Force user since this Future Manipulator's effect can only be effective during the next turn after monsters are destroyed by Effect. [/quote] Still overpowered. DNA Surgery+Brain Research Lab lets you avoid paying anything. So FaulTROLL, (DJVD is too mainstream) I don't know what I'm missing but for me, your Plaguespreader combo takes numerous turns. But hey, I'm a bat to rulings anyway. As for the card, it's rather OP'd even with the new cost. Cards such as Plaguespreader and several other cards can benefit greatly. In that case, this thing could single-handedly bring back Synchro decks to the top of the meta. Try not to capitalize 'Sent' and 'Field' though. I don't recall ever seeing a card that capitalizes those words. 'Card Effect' should also be lower case. Otherwise, major improvement! [/quote] I think the "card effect(s)" part evens things out pretty fairly. Synchro Summoning isn't considered a card effect, so it's not like it's a factor. It's also a rather weak card.
