Shiki isn't a judge of hell! She's the judge of paradise!

*ahem*

Card is balanced and is pretty useful. The flip face-down effect seems to be able to work in Wind-ups as well, but I'm not sure. It can be used to recycle Solemn Judgement and other useful counter traps up to 3 times, which is pretty good. Overall, it's a nice, useful card.

[s]She just resides in Hell, rather than belonging to that place, though.[/s]

Counter Fairy seems to have a lot of level 4. This will be one of their staple card, I guess. I don't really know about competitive plays, but the thought of [s]spaming[/s] using a Limited card like Solemn Judgement up to four times with this card really excites me.
There is Wind-up too, so yeah. I think I like this card.

I dunno, Counter Fairies wouldn't be able to summon this 'cause they can rarely get out 3 Level 4 monsters. It's usually 2 at most, and even then they'd never even think about Xyz-ing.

Nice design, but what are you trying to go with this? What do you want to specifically support? (And well, this seems far from a staple. At least, Shock Master is better if you look at it overall.)

I'm not really sure that anything could bring this out would want to waste the resources doing so when there are better options. Especially because if you're searching for a Counter Trap, your opponent is going to know you have it and would more than likely be able to play around it as opposed to just making them all live.

How are you going to play around Solemn Judgment?

Well the same way you'd play around Laggia but still

Simple, the same way you play around Laggia.

If you know it's set, you simply don't waste your resources. I mean sure, this can loop Solemn so you have multiple copies which definitely makes it more difficult, but forcing or baiting a Solemn is easy.
