Well, it's as strong the strongest Level 7 Synchro, and it's a 2/3 Mist Wurm per turn. And it's generic. The only balancing factor is that you have to use at least 3 monsters, which stops you from bringing it out as easily as BRD.

I'm not too sure on if it's easier to get monsters for this or Mist Wurm, as this will probably be 2 Level 2s and a Level 3, but I'm thinking Mist Wurm is still probably better. Still, this is decent in a way.

But, Mist Wurm can't return three cards every turn, only when it's synchro summoned.

The effect makes no sense. First you say it's when the card is summoned, and then once per turn... what?

It means once per turn if you Synchro Summon it, and you can't use it if you revive it with Reborn/CotH/etc.

It isn't worded correctly, but I don't really mind that, so long as we understand what it actually does. :/

And since we're on the topic of the wording of this card, and to maybe spare some questions from being asked, it should probably be along the lines of "If this card is Synchro Summoned: Once per turn: You can return 2 cards to the Hand."

The requirements just need "monster" to be plural.

You're getting much better with your cards. This one is still [i]kind of [/i]rocky as far as balance goes, but it's a massive step in the right direction.

As for the card itself, love the art, the effect needs clarifying, but you've addressed that already, and I feel the [i]ATK [/i]should be lowered or the effect not so consistently strong. Also, you may want to clarify whom's turn and during what phase. For example, "[i]If this card was Synchro Summoned, you can, once per turn during your standby phase, you can return two cards on the field to their owner's hand.[/i]" You also noticed the 'monster' part and its error with pluralization.

Other than those minor errors, I loved it.

Fixed up the OCG and (I think) worded it the way you were trying to.

Your cards are getting much better, despite the picture which could be better, but I definitely understand how challenging it can be to find good pictures nowadays. The problem with the card itself is the fact that it's almost impossible to bring out given the (minimum) 3 monster requirement. Other than that, good job. Keep up the good work! ^^;
