Following my previous posts. Here I bring to you one of my older cards. The deadly stinger of the Zodiac. Scorpio - The 8th.

where from the player's deck are the cards being sent? the top of the deck? the bottom?
card lore should be (for this effect) "S[i]end the top three cards of your deck to the graveyard to target one monster on your opponent's side of the field. Lower the ATK and DEF points of the targeted monster by 500. If the ATK and DEF points of the selected monster are reduced to 0, the targeted monster is destroyed[/i]"
otherwise the art, and atk and def points fit with the effect, keep working

Actually it should read:

You can send up to 3 cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard. Target 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field. Lower the Targeted monster's ATK and DEF points by 500 for each card sent to the Graveyard by this card's effect. If a monster's ATK and DEF points are both reduced to 0 by this card's effect; Destroy it.

As for the card itself...I think it is pretty OP'ed. I mean with decks like Chaos Dragons, and the lesser used Lightsworns this card could absolutely dominate the game. There is no limit as to how many times you can mill cards from the top of your deck, so you could continuously use this effect until an opponent's monster is destroyed...not to mention the card's decent stats. I would recommend adding a 'Once per turn:' clause on the first effect, as well as allowing you to mill up to 4 cards with only a 400 ATK & DEF decrease.
