Nathanael D. Striker
Note: The OCG below the card is correct. Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned by discarding 1 LIGHT monster from your hand. Once per turn: Discard 1 card from your hand; place 1 Level 4 or lower LIGHT monster from your Deck to the top of your Deck. Yes, I have returned to RC. This little thing was created with Chaos in mind. I hope you enjoy and CnC.

Althemia
Overpowered. The fact that this can be brought out incredibly easily from literally nothing and act as a constant RotA to decks for any damn card in the deck. Just think about it now. You play Constellars, ditch something that you don't need and guess what? Instant RotA off of doing absolutely nothing. EDIT: Also, Fableds. This is legitimately good in then. =/

I had my old friend Chaos in mind and forgot everything else. Seems to be a habit of mine: I make a card off an idea and I don't refer to the state of the game. Nathanael D. Striker
Added a LIGHT restriction to the second effect.
newhat
This card is now extremely mean in Fabled and lethal in Lightsworn. You need to drop its stats or something; it's too easy to keep alive over multiple turns, especially since you can search for Veiler.
Nathanael D. Striker
newhat, a lot of things can run over this thing. Lightsworns are barely used anymore, but Fableds would like this very much.
Althemia
Constellars still break this. >ditch things that you don't need, get combo pieces in the deck like Leonis, Pollux or Kaust >Normal Summon Pollux, Normal Summon Kaust >Both to 5, Xyz for Pleiades. Neither of them can basically be killed now. >>kaust uses it's effect to bump itself up to 6 >>this + kaust = ptolemys >>Ptolemys can recycle just about anything. Yeaaaah... This Account is Unplayable
So I can constantly make Ptolemys. Or I can set off an entire hand of Fableds including grabbing whatever I want via a 2300 body, which is NOT easily run over. Literally the worst this can do is search for a f***ing Veiler. The best it can do is essentially be all 5 pieces of Exodia at once.
Nathanael D. Striker
Why must LIGHT be a dangerzone? I'll change it again.
Althemia
OH MY GOD THIS IS EVEN WORSE You just made it even stronger. Now you don't even need to waste a Normal Summon on Pollux or Kaust! You made the combo a million times better!
Aerion Brightflame
Have it get put on the top of the deck instead, same as Field Commander Rahz. That slows it down a bit, that and lower its attack. Simply becuase 2300 is hard to run through convetentionally.
