It's great. You gave it a decent ATK boost, prevented infinite loops and made high level Spirit monsters more playable.
Being Equip Spell makes it better as it is more searchable.

But, one of the problems I'm seeing is that you will need to run high level Spirit monsters which could make you have some tough hands later on and that you can only summon high level Spirits, which is nice, but I think the level 4 and lower spirits should also be able to benefit from this effect and not just the high levels.

Its nice that now Yamata Dragon, and the other big one might get used now. Since, there bouncing effect made it a useless thing for field advantage. More so than normal spirits, and it dumped two of them. Good card, and i think its fine. does what it was meant to.
