With Ticket's artwork, [s]Trollestia, who just finished reading a Friendship Report[/s] Tiara is giving [s]Twilight[/s]Gelato an un-specified number of tickets for the friends of [s]Ponyville[/s] Madolche-town, so they can go to [s]The Grand Galloping Gala[/s] Madolche Chateu. So on the way home, Gelato(based on his artwork) notices their are two rickets, which is justified, because in order to go to said [s]Gala[/s] Chateu, he needs a companion with him. [s]Spike[/s] Mewl-Feuille would be who gets the other ticket, since Gelato needs a Beast-Type on the field, and to be Special Summoned. Both of which, are what Mewl do.

So the residents of [s]Ponyville[/s] Madolche-town made to the [s]Gala[/s] Chateu.

[s]Pinkie Pie[/s] Pudding tries to get everyone to dance, despite the fact they don't want to.
[s]Twilight[/s] Butler wants to spend time with [s]Celestia[/s] Pudding, but [s]everyone in Ponyville[/s] The unlimited numbers of Magileine have Pudding's time occupied.
Based on Happy Festa's artwork, [s]Celestia[/s] Tiara succeeds at trashing the place, just to "lighten the mood". Seriously, its "Happy Festa", yet, everyone on it except Tiara and maybe Pudding, is all rushing-like.

tl;dr Arm gets shot many, many times over, just because he sees the artworks being too coincidental.[/spoiler]
So yea, this card is one of the many crazy-ass supporting cards Madolche's have.
