[u]Baby Dragon[/u]
Baby Dragon should be
When this card is summoned, Discard one dark attribute monster from your hand to summon one "Dark dragon" from your (you havent specified where you can summon dark dragon from)
Baby dragon is a little overpowered tbh especially as its just "when its summoned" so you could use REDMD to summon one then bang thats a dark dragon then you could normal summon another Baby for yet another Dark dragon and then you could Xyz for zenmaines or some other rank 3 and a heliopolis which would get craaazy.or you could even just summon the helio use his effect to wipe out 2 cards on your opponents side of the field not even counting what you could tribute from the hand.

Assuming you meant something like this. "When this card is summoned pay 5000 life points, this card gains 1000 ATK" Now for a start that cost is mental you only get 8000 LP to start with if he gets bottomlessed or something your stuffed xD secondly the effect assuming you meant what ive "translated" the effect is compulsory meaning you HAVE to pay 5000 you may want to rethink that effect altogether.

[u]Dragon Overload[/u]
To be perfectly honest this will just make dragons retardedly good think about it Hieratic would be able to normal summon Eset and chance are youll have a stronger monster and he will GAIN 1500 this implies that even if i brought out lets say a gilford the lightning you would gain another 1500 meaning unless i use a destruction effect or banish your card i physically cannot get over it. And thats not even taking into account i may be using dragons ASWELL meaning the attack would just keep raising and the duel would never end xD maybe the effect should be like skyscraper instead

I cant even say anything about him really because he doesnt specify whether the monster should have lower attack than him or than something else on the field. Also with dragon overload youd be able to turn baby dragon into an easy 2900 atk monster WITH the ability to summon a 2800 attack dragon thats insane bro xD

Okay the grammar on this is bad also but i get the jist. picture this: I have overload on the field I summon fire dragon with REDMD, i torrential and destroy my monsters, i summon water drag, then i summon baby drag i discard a card from my hand to summon a Dark Drag and to top it off i have overload so even if my monsters aren't strong enough to beat yours they will become strong enough yet again thats insaaaane

Interesting idea but not realistic not to say you shouldnt continue and make them epic! try looking at other cards for stuff like grammar, balance etc a few words can change the effect of the card entirely
