This Account is Unplayable
Should go to 2. Not 1. Otherwise it's a good anti-everything card, @2 just stops anti-meta being "Herp, derp, Barbaros, off-field effects and 3 Skill Drain!"
Toffee.
...Is it just me, or does the new wording for it seem like it contradicts itself

Canadian
Have you seen how big the rulings page is for this card?
Because this card is retarded. Anyways, it's my main nemesis as a card, and putting it @1 will give me pleasant thoughts.
ranma1/2
lol i find the wording funny. you can activate their effects! "really? " yeah! "okay! i'll use black luster soldier to banish--" skill drain's on the field, stupid! "but--" no! "but you said--" I SAID NO SUCH THING!! other than that, i side at least 1 of these. it seems like it's stupid but it would help when you need the game to be a beatdown-only deck. Mysty
I actually like what they did with its wording. This clears up that Skill Drain can be rather limited in what it negates instead of being a "remove all text from the monster" effect. Now all they need to do is differentiate effects from costs and conditions by some means. It's very annoying having n00bs tell me that any of Quickdraw Synchron's text is an effect. Mugendramon
There's one thing I always wanted to know about this vs Number 20. Its boost will be negated if face-up, that's obvious enough. But since it's permanent, would it also fade if it was no longer on the field?
newhat
Brilliant doesn't care if it's still on the field or if Skill Drain is out. Brilliant's gifts are permanent.
The basic rule for ATK gain is if it only, and I repeat, ONLY affects itself (Leviathan Dragon, Barbaros), negating it resets the attack. If it affects or COULD affect other monsters (Sirocco, Giga Brilliant), negating it after the fact does nothing.
