I'm sorry but i'm having trouble understanding what you mean by "can not attack during this standby phase". Firstly, you can't attack during your Stand-by Phase, only your Battle Phase. Second, there are a few grammatical fixes that i must try and fix.

Try: "You can pay 800 Life Points to destroy all monster card on the Field. You cannot declare an attack the Turn you activate this Effect."

And lastly, I highly suggest that you increase the cost to 1000, it's a little more fair, broken, but fair.

Regarding the effect: OPed as f*ck and incredibly pointless. 800 life points is not at all much to destroy every monster in play. For all I know, your opponent could be decked out on their side of the field with sh*tty God cards and they'll all be wiped out in one cut of your wrist.

Not only that, but in the last part, it's like you just threw a piece of scrap in just because you didn't know what to do with it. Considering that EVERY monster in play is destroyed, it won't even be out to attack anyway. So it's almost [i]painfully[/i] unnecessary and does not resolve anything.

Also, might I add that that image has been used several times to the point where it pounds away at the card's originality? Not to mention the name kills the creativity?

All those points that I mentioned: Work on them.

I think it is "You can pay 800 Life Points; destroy all monsters on the field and you cannot attack this turn."

Or maybe "During your Standby Phase: You can pay 800 Life Points; destroy all other monsters on the field and this card cannot attack this turn."

Or some combination thereof. Also, this card's ATK is too high for its Level and effect. 2000-2500 would be appropriate. Monsters don't have 2 Types; it should just be a Dragon.
