mido9
Fader is better than scarecrow since it can block one added attack next turn.
Althemia
Fader is better than scarecrow since it can block one added attack next turn.
Scarecrow could be potentially considered better than Fader because it has less weaknesses. T-Roar is amazing though. Such fond memories of that card.
With Xyz, I'm inclined to go for Scarecrow. Decks that are weak to OTKs don't need a level 1 to sit on the field for no real reason. And T-Roar is amazing because set 1 and troll the duel. Synchronized
I prefer Fader. Simply because Field Presence. Not to mention it's a DARK and is far more splashable. Threatening Roar used to be amazing. Apparently some builds still run it, though I'm not really sure I see why since I think there are better options, but different players have different preferences I guess. mido9
Why is it always roar and never waboku anyways?

Just Crouton
Scarecrow is searchable with Gigant X, and gets around Skill Drain and the Solemn Bros. Roar is great because you flip it anytime.
Wildflame
Scarecrow can't be Warning'd, unlike Fader. That's why some decks like Countdown prefer it.
